Oven Roasted Pork Chops a la Jardinera with Balsamic, charred Broccoli
1. Boil then marinate thin chops, bone-in in white wine, shallots, salt, pepper, adobo, dash of mustard, worcestershire sauce
2. Add any veggies you like plus broccoli. Salt, pepper and drizzle of olive oil over all vegetables. Drizzle balsamic only over broccoli to charbroil.
3. Cover with aluminum foil at 350 for 40 min. Uncover & broil on high for 5 minutes.
